dh_installtexfonts and your scripts from lmodern

Hi Florent!

I have incorporated your snippets into the dh-installtexfonts package, I
hope this is ok. I added to all the snippets a header like:

# postinst-texfonts
#
# postinst snippets for installing fonts for TeX
#

#

If you want more there, please either check out dh-installtexfonts from
pkg-tetex or tell me what I should put there.

I also hope that you will further develop these scripts, if the
necessity arises. Thanks a lot for your work!
