RFC: cm-super fonts for X11

Hi all!

I wanted to hear your opinion on makeing the cm-super fonts available
for X11/fontconfig. Up to now the fonts are only available for TeX
systems.

There is one problem with this: If I want to install all teh afm files
(which is necessary for proper X11/fontconfig installation), we would
have another 60Mb of packages size.

ATM I propose the following idea:
. Create a cm-super-x11 package which only provides the x11 support
  stuff and the afm files (they are not in the cm-super package).
. Only install and include the afms for the xxxx1000 fonts.
  That would greatly strip down the size of cm-super-x11 from 53M to 3,7M.

Thanks for any comments on this, especially wether it is at all worth
the trouble to get the cm-super fonts for X11.
