Which cm-super package? The one in debian cm-pts-foo-bar is not updated.
But you can get a version from
deb http://www.tug.org/texlive/Debian/ cm-super/
which works with tetex 3. But this is no official version but the one I
have packaged for work with texlive and/or tetex, and I have sent the
changes to the maintainer of the original cm-pts packages.
At least in my chroot sid with this cm-super package and the tetex 3.o
packages I get
