Sounds sensible.

They are included in tetex-bin_2.0.2, but I think the debian/* stuff was
 rewritten, right?

Concerning documentation, I am not sure if there is any, since
documentation is one of the weak spots of the omega project. :-( All I
can say is that these programms ought to be the analogues of 'tftopl',
'pltotf', 'vftovp', and 'vptovf'.

Sounds reasonable. Interestingly, tetex-bin_2.0.2 als includes amstex,
while teTeX 2.0.2 complied from source does not.
