Yes, Clause 4 of the DFSG has a special exception exactly for that.

We should put those lines from README into the file, anyway.  I think
Silvio is that one:

Unfortunately, this geom institute does no longer exist. According to

he could be reached at levy@geom.umn.edu, but there are no recent search
results on their page.  Maybe it's worth a try, anyway.
