Well, the scenario is:
old sources: tetex-bin
old packages: tetex-bin, libkpathsea-dev, libkpathsea3
new sources: tetex-bin
new packages: tetex-bin, libkpathsea4-dev, libkpathsea4

So I guess that should be OK.
