Dear Matt, upon uploading the new teTeX 3.0 into unstable a new soname will be introduced (libkpathsea-dev -> libkpathsea4-dev). The control file of the new lib will make sure the upgrade will work. Question: will apt-listchanges upon upgrade be so clever to consider this to be an upgrade and display the changelog and NEWS.Debian of that libkpathsea4-dev?
