In 2.0.2-8 we did that for helpindex.html and newhelpindex.html^1.
index.html is just a softlink to newhelpindex.html so I guess some
links we simply missed.

Would you be so kind to check if you find some more broken links?
Even better would be if you can provide a fixed version...
