Hi,

Actually we set the deps on debconf manually:

preusse@preusse ~ $ grep Dep tetex/bin/control
<snip>
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, <snip> debconf (>= 0.5.00), <snip>

In bugs-rc I belive to have found a way to declare the dep on debconf
automatically. Just include into the line above an ${misc:Depends}
and call dh_installdebconf in debian/rules (what we do anyway). Same
for tetex-base. I couldn't check if that is completely correct or if
we have to do something else. Assume that wishlist as lowest
priority.
Could make the package maintainance easier.
