Well, we can't capitalize the package name, can we?

Yes - both dict gcide and our Beauftragter für korrektes Englisch,
Richard Lewis, found that word in order.

Well, all those format files are TeX format files. But the ones used by
most people are the TeX format files for LaTeX. And since TeX is also
used as a synonym for the TeX format "Plain TeX", some people who know
they want to use LaTeX might be puzzled that TeX formats are
generated. Hence we replaced "TeX format files" by "(La)TeX format
files". Is that so hard to understand - or do you just not know the term
LaTeX at all?
