Please update debconf translation for tetex-bin

Hi,

you are receiving this mail either because you are listed as
Last-Translator in our po files, or as the translation list. We have
added two templates, and we are going to do an upload of tetex-bin
really soon now. 

It would be nice to receive updated po files, but there's no need to
hurry, since versions that contain new translations only will easily get
through testing-proposed-updates.

Since most translation work has yet been done, you probably want to
start with the existing po files at
