Not in this case, for two reasons: * The copyright page on the author's website at <http://www.homenet.se/matsd/latex/copyright.htm> makes it very clear that he intends exactly this license for all of his various LaTeX packages, so I do not believe it was a mistake. * The package needs to be updated soon, to avoid missing the hopefully imminent release of Sarge. The file can always be added back if the author agrees to a license change. - Josh Triplett
