You may, but I don't think that this will help. Miquel stated that
this could be an bug in old XFS code. Wasn't XFS introduced in 2.4.25
or was that earlier? At least in the changelog of 2.4.25 I see a lot
of changes for XFS. Could you try to update to 2.4.26?
However you stated that you can do "cp -a" on XFS without problems:
If this is the case and tetex-bin still can't be configured I have
doubts that it is really that -a. Please edit
/var/lib/dpkg/info/tetex-bin.postinst. Replace the first line by
#!/bin/sh -x
, run "/var/lib/dpkg/info/tetex-bin.postinst configure"
and post the output here (or say better the few lines where it
fails).
