Please don't do that. It's not a wishlist, it's a bug (albeit not a
severe one). A file has been left out which makes it impossible for
LaTeX to read greek text. A user has to include it himself and he has
to know where to place it.
I would rather close it, since it's very easy to just include the file
in the archive. I suggest both solutions, forward it upstream *and*
include the file in the archive.
There are no copyright problems AFAIK.
