Bug#250216: dvips do not support True Type -fonts

dvips cannot convert from ttf to type 42 but ttftot42 can. Once that is
done the type 42 can be treated like a type 1 font with one exeption:
dvips does not support subsetting of type 42 fonts, so you will have
to tell dvips to include the complete font.
If you are looking for a ttftot42 debian package, than let me know.
