Fixed in latex bug database, and the file in the march beta has a higher
version number and date - therefore fixed.

tetex-3.0 has xdvik-22.8+ - I think we need not confirm all of these
separately.

Fixed in May beta.

Yes, in fact it does not even give a proper error report, it even says
"foo bar.tex" not found - it seems it can now read files with spaces.

I need to ask David regarding the licensing of the changes. Just sent
out the mail.

This is included in the May beta.
