This is not, what I call a proper bug report. What exact message did
you get, when it failed to install? Exactly what line did you cahnge
to return 0 to cause him to succeed.

Well, this is useful if you want to report a bug in LaTeX itself.
Leave it out, if you want to report a problem in packaging teTeX.
