I'm sure, that it is possible. Unfortunately texdoctk will not be
called from the CLI every time, so we have to pop up window to get
the attention of the user. This can be done using perl-tk, but
without? Maybe it is more easy to write a little C-program to pop up
a window. Unfortunately I've never written a program for XFree...
Anyway I would raise up the Suggest to Recommends.
