Even in woody we do have libxaw7-dev (which provides libxaw-dev). While
it's a worthwile goal to try to support upgrades from potato, I think
caring for backports to potato is a waste of effort, and this is a
_build_depends. Therefore I would say we can take it out at once, can't
we?

Furthermore, we don't really know whether current xdvi versions really
compile and run painlessly with libxaws6-dev, which also provides
libxaw-dev.

Objections?
