Bug#227301: Package count1to conflict with package hyperref

Doing this is not so obvious and straightforward in a document that's
written and commented in a completele unknown language...

However, this is a minimal document that produces the error (in the
second LaTeX run:

\documentclass{minimal}

\usepackage{hyperref}
\usepackage{count1to}

\begin{document}
\ref{TotalPages}

\end{document}

We will report this to the upstream author; the reason is quite clear,
the solution not so.
