Bug#274764: tetex: Catalan compatibility for ConTeXt and fixes for Spanish translations

I modified some conTeXt files in order to get catalan compatibility.
That is adding the idiom, activating hyphenation, and adding translated
strings for 'List of figures' and so on.

By adding catalan i also realized that there were some errors on the
spanish translation as well. So i fixed them too.

The workarraund is to substitute some files on
/usr/share/texmf/tex/context/base/ with the ones attached and then,
running 'fmtutil --all' as root. I don't know how to fix it on the
sources but it should be not so difficult.
