Is there a file in /tmp/ whose names starts with "tetex-extra.updmap."
and some random characters afterwards? If yes, please send this file. If
such a file does not exist, please try the following:

As root, edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/tetex-extra.postinst, and change the
second non-empty line, currently "set -e" to "set -ex". Then run "dpkg
--configure -a"
