Same as bug #268764, fixed in unstable.

This is strange. Next time you encounter such behaviour, please run
"debconf-show $packagename" before doing the dpkg-reconfigure, this
would help much, but the information is changed now.

So which versions are correct, then? If it is in fact version 2.0.2-20,
then the fact that you didn't see the language choices until
dpkg-reconfigure is not surprising.
