OK. Sorry for not testing with tetex-2.0.2b-1. Seems during

 * Move configuration files from /usr/share/texmf to /etc/texmf, and
   create appropriate symlinks (closes: #92594) [frank]

in -1 went something wrong. listings.cfg should sit in
/etc/texmf/latex and a soft link in
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/listings/ should point to it.
Unfortunately it doesn't. The soft link is missing. Same for
jblong.cfg, jurabib.cfg etc. I guess tetex-base has the same bug.
Anybody able to reproduce that?
