I didn't know that. Excuse me, that's one of the inevitable problems
with co-maintaining

Yes, of course - I was going through the new upstream sources and
looking which of our patches in the Debian package are no longer
necessary. And I was wondering why this one hadn't been applied. Indeed
I have no idea of web2c's release cycles (or whether it's released as a
whole at all), so the question might have been stupid.
