Bug#232344: tetex-bin: xdvi ignores my shrinkFactor app-defaults setting

Version: 2.0.2-6

Weird one: xdvi ignores the XDvi:shrinkFactor setting in
/etc/X11/app-defaults/XDvi, whereas it appears to respect the other
settings.  Any ideas why?
