Bug#139900: some hyphenation patterns are now freed
Some of the earlier non-free hyphenation patterns have been put under a
free license.
It would be nice if these were incorporated in the tetex packages again.
I'm personally mostly interested in the Swedish pattern. The author
apparently changed the license over a year ago,
