Thanks, done (not yet uploaded, but is in the repository).

Frank Kuester has also forwarded the "bug report". But I have
missed him last month and this month I saw him, but without
opportunity to talk, perhaps the next "TeX-Stammtisch" in
November.

In short (lack of time currently): CJKbookmarks is just
a *undocumented* Option. If I document it, then it would
not be undocumented any longer ;-)

The reason for "undocumented":
* The result is wrong, it violates the PDF specification.
Only PDFDocEncoding and Unicode are allowed here.
* It is possible that with some Windows and Acrobat (Reader)
versions readable bookmarks are shown, but I do not know
this for sure, which languages, input encodings,
windows encodings, ... will work and which will not.
* I do not know anything about Chinese, Korean, and
Japanese. Thus I am not able to document this option,
to illustrate its utility and show its limits.

Yours sincerely
  Heiko <oberdiek@uni-freiburg.de>
