Hi maintainer of mmix-src,

new tetex-bin includes cweb so dependency on cweb (>= 3.43)
was not only unnecessary but a problem because even tetex-bin 
provides cweb, it can't provide with version number as
you know (Provides: cweb (>= 3.43) doesn't work).

So please change Dependes: entry to tetex-bin (>= 2.0.1-2)
and remove cweb (>= 3.43).
