Running latex successfully generates a dvi file with the newlfm class,
but it doesn't include my letterhead. There are no errors in my log
file, and this worked just fine before. I've tried re-latexing things
that worked before, and now they don't. However, including EPS files
into amsart documents works fine. I noticed the problem after the recent
upgrade.

So I believe this is a problem or a bug of newlfm
and could close this bug.
