Previously my latex broke like mentionned in bug #170963. Except that
it was about elatex, latex, pdflatex, ...

I then waited till bug #170963 got closed and was fixed. What happend
today.

I then removed tetex-bin, and reinstalled it. But tetex-bin wouldn't
even install. It gave a postinstall error.

I then removed tetex-bin and tetex-base, and removed all left over
directories with texmf:

webworm:/# apt-get install tetex-bin
