Bug#173872: tetex-bin: spurious dependency on perl-tk
Package: tetex-bin
Version: 1.0.7+20021025-4
Severity: important
Hi,
New tetex-bin pulled in perl-tk. That package has Installed-Size: 7272.
I use tetex-bin for the sole purpose of building PDF files out of my
DebianDoc-SGML source files. To put it simply, there's no fucking way in
hell I somehow suddenly started needing perl-tk for that task.
Please do something about it, because this is just absurd. Using Recommends
or even better, splitting the package up comes to mind.
