The problem originates in tetex-base, but shouldn't this change cause tetex-eurosym to go away also? I don't really have an opinion on this because I haven't followed tetex packaging in debian closely, but either the Conflicts: has to be removed or tetex-eurosym needs to go away, because it can't be installed with the Conflicts: set like they are now.
