You're right.
Dear tetex maintainers, you could have informed me of what you're
doing... I discover only now that tetex-eurosym is useless since
it has been integrated in tetex-base...
BTW, the changelog entry doesn't make it clear why you added those
Conflicts/Replaces in the first place.

Now you really need to add a "Provides: tetex-eurosym" so that package
which require "tetex-eurosym" don't stop to work suddenly ... and you
make it clear that the "eurosym" that you provide is the same than the
one that was in tetex-eurosym (btw I didn't check that but I hope it's
the case if you added a Conflict/Replace...).
