Bug#122783: texdoc: fails if "netscape" not present

The same thing is happening for "ghostview" and "netscape", which are
hardcoded.
"ghostview" is called "gv", and there's little chance you would still
install Netscape 4 if Mozilla, Galeon, Konqueror, ... are around.
