No, I wouldn't increase the revision number for each change, unless
you're rebuilding.  Just add a changelog entry, and use a sensible
CVS commit message, and we'll all know who's doing what.  If thought
appropriate, we could preface each changelog entry with our initials.

Oh, and please remember to always do a "cvs update" on your
checked-out tree before starting to make changes; it'll save you
headaches later!

As long as you use the -V option to dpkg-buildpackage so that all of
the relevant changelog entries are included in the .changes file (and
so all appropriate bugs are closed).

That reminds me, I have a bug to fix as well.

One other thing: someone please change the Uploaders: entry in the
control files so that they include all of us who are uploading who
aren't yet listed (Claire and Atsuhito, I believe that is); that will
make your uploads be treated as maintainer uploads rather than NMUs.
