Yes, I got the notice from the server and now am 
downloading tetex-bin.  Thanks for your help.

It seems Claire carefully deleted her entry in the last
line of changelog so that I can fill my entry there.

But I guess it is good that if a member modify CVS repository
then he/she provides his/her own entry in changelog with the 
increased debian version (revision?) unless so many members 
modify CVS repository so often and it might mess up changelog.

Then I can add my entry with one more increased debian version
independently just before cvs-buildpackage'ing.  This would
cause non-continuous debian version but I guess it is not a
big problem.

I hope some guideline there.
