Bug#139934: tetex-src: Missing bbold.dtx, source for bbold.sty

The bbold.dtx file, source for bbold.sty (LaTeX package) and
bbold.dvi (documentation) is not included with the tetex-src
package.  As not distributing this file violates the conditions
under which the style file and fonts can be distributed, it needs
to be added.

Note, however, that the license has been judged non-free, and that
I am hoping to persuade Alan Jeffrey to change it to a DFSG-free
license.
