Bug#137823: tetex-bin: similarly for pdftex

I was unable to build the GNU Emacs Lisp Reference manual, version
21-2.8, with pdftex: it died with 

	! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [pool size=89681].

So I did `apt-get source tetex-bin', and edited the file
/usr/local/src/tetex-bin-1.0.7+20011202/texk/kpathsea/texmf.cnf by
adding `pool_size.pdftex = 500000' at line 485 (with the
Debian-specific settings for jadetex).  I re-built the .deb with
`fakeroot make -f debian/rules binary', and installed that package;
then I was able to build the elisp manual with no trouble.
