plan to fix
Main next fix I plan is #64914 but as I browse through BTS
and feel some more bugs are trivial and easy to fix so if
there is no objection I will fix these in the next CVS commit.

If I understand correctlly, it will be sufficient to change
/usr/bin/mktexlsr /usr/share/texmf /var/spool/texmf > /dev/null
to
/usr/bin/mktexlsr > /dev/null
right?
Bug#138791
a patch is supplied and seems trivial.
If anyone feel any of them dangerous please let me know.
