Package: tetex-bin
Version: 1.0.7+20011202-3.1
Severity: serious
Justification: makes the package in question unusable, causes other
packages to fail to build from source, etc.

>From a clean essential+build-essential only chroot, I installed
tetex-extra, su'ed to a non-root user and he can't run latex but it
does work as root. Perhaps I'm missing something but this seems rather
broken...

[Not architecture specifc, easy to reproduce on any architecture.]
