Bug#105977: texinfo: tries to overwrite txi-en.tex

Would like to draw attention of TeTeX maintainers to bug 105402:

This has been reported as a texinfo bug, but the texinfo pakage
maintainer seems to believe the file he is trying to overwrite shouldn't
be a member of tetex base.

Meanwhile, sid users can't upgrade without a force.
