Bug#90691: tetex-bin: The cronjob to run mktexlsr should include /usr/local/lib/texmf

Severity: wishlist

Suggestion: To aid local installations, the mktexlsr line in 
/etc/cron.daily/tetex-bin should add /usr/local/lib/texmf to 
the list of updated directories.
