Bug#89747: tetex-base: FHS tell us to convert /usr/bin/X11 -> /usr/X11R6/bin

According to FHS a program should use directly /usr/X11R6/bin instead of /usr/bin/X11
(this last is only for user compatibility).

You use it in tetex-base,tetex-* on install/remove scripts.
