Bug#100449: debian/control in tetex-bin

Why would a luser be reading the package fields anyway?  And if they
read it carefully, they would see that the package both Replaces:
tetex-base and Depends: tetex-base (>= 1.something).  And you can't
install tetex-bin without installing tetex-base because of the
dependency.

Could be, but I don't see much point.  Although the idea of having it
Replaces: tetex-base (<< 1.whatever) to make things clearer might be
nice.
