Bug#39464: Missing Manual Pages for Debian

I created man pages for texexec, texshow and texutil. The first draft is
available at
http://www.physik.fu-berlin.de/~tburnus/context-manpages.tar.gz.
These manpages will probably later contained in the cont-tmf.zip of
ConTeXt and thus
"automatically" in one of the next teTeX releases.

The tar.gz contains the man page, the yodl source (thanks for pointing
out that such
a nice tool exists!) and a html version.

The man pages of texexec and texutil are based on the PDF manual for
those and reflect
the status of the latest version of ConTeXt.
