Bug#66610: Please do not remove /var/lib/texmf when purging with '--force-depends'

tetex-bin has a Depends: on tetex-base. dpkg won't let you remove tetex-base
unless you remove tetex-bin before. When you use dpkg with
--force-depends option, you willfully break stuff yourself. Package hasn't
got anything to do with that.
