I doubt the LaTeX2e team would be happy with people removing the
warning.  OTOH, there are ways to get TeX to run to completion without
interaction in its presence.  For example

	yes '' | tex --ini --fmt=latex latex.ltx

or even just

	tex --interaction=batchmode --ini --fmt=latex latex.ltx
