So, I guess the old title of this bug is wrong. Lets see if I
can change it...

Yes, I knew about that. That was really out-dated stuff, which I
commented out for that very reason. changebars in a multicolumn
environment. Now, depending on the number of columns, that could get
really confusing ;-).
