Antoine, could you elaborate why you marked this as critical?

Package: upgrade-reports

Hello,

following the Debian Trixie release-notes instructions, i've upgraded
Debian 12 Bookworm (Gnome session installed with netinst) to Trixie.

After reboot, i've performed the `apt autoremove` command listed on
the release-notes instructions.
it causes the removal of 'network-manager-gnome' and 'network-manager-applet' installed during the full-upgrade.

again following release-notes instructions, you'll find 4 attached files compressed before and after the full-upgrade process :
- /var/lib/dpkg/status
- /var/lib/apt/extended_states
- /var/log/apt/term.log
- /var/log/apt/history.log

1 : fresh-install.tar.xz included the 4 files mentionned in gzip format and archived just after a fresh install of Debian 12 Bookworm from netinst

2 : after-full-upgrade-autoremove-purge-o.tar.xz inculded the 4 files mentionned in gzip format just after the full-upgrade, autoremove, purge '~o' commands.

the solution i've performed was to `apt-mark manual network-manager-applet` to preserve it from autoremove.

On XFCE and MATE sessions, same behaviour, but `apt autoremove` also removed 'nm-connection-editor'.

Please ask if you need other files.

Thanks for your work and conributions to Debian and Free Softwares

Cheers
